This application estimates your stress level measuring the heart rate variability and frequency using the camera to control the change of color of the finger due to pulsations and uses this data to calculate the stress.Scientific studies have shown that during psychological stress a significant reduction in the timing and frequency of heart rate variability was observed.

Instruction:
Put and keep your finger over the camera and flash(covering the entire lens) until measuring is 100% complete, remaining still and silent.
After measurement you can view your stress score and the level.
Do not rely on Stress Score for medical advice or diagnosis, because it is only an app and the results may not reflect the reality.
